SBT "Brazilians in Orlando Mobilize for Donations"

At a crucial moment for the state of Rio Grande do Sul, which faced severe damage caused by storms in early May 2024, the Brazilian community in Orlando, Florida, united to provide aid. As a videographer for SBT, I was at the forefront of this mobilization, documenting the solidarity of Brazilians abroad who transformed local businesses into donation collection centers.

This work for SBT provided me with the opportunity to highlight the importance of unity and collective effort in times of crisis, showing Brazil and the world the power of the Brazilian community to make a difference even from thousands of miles away. The images captured not only reflect the generosity but also the resilience of a people who, regardless of where they are, remain connected to their roots and committed to helping others.
