“Manhattan Connection” (2021)
I worked as Editor on the 2021 season of Manhattan Connection, supporting the full post-production workflow for one of Brazil’s most respected television talk shows.
My responsibilities included editing full episodes, organizing recorded material, refining pacing, shaping multi-speaker discussions, integrating graphics, lower thirds, music, archival footage, and preparing broadcast-ready masters for delivery.
Beyond post-production, I played an active role in designing the show’s recording and delivery workflow. I helped integrate the temporary New York studio, built inside the Fasano Hotel on Fifth Avenue, with TV Cultura’s broadcast facilities in São Paulo, enabling a reliable remote production pipeline. This included coordinating video transmission, camera feeds, IFB and crew communications, signal routing, synchronization, and media delivery between both locations, ensuring a seamless collaboration between remote hosts, camera operators, and the production team.
The project combined editorial storytelling with broadcast engineering principles, giving me hands-on experience across editing, remote production, signal infrastructure, and technical workflow design. It reinforced my ability to bridge creative post-production with the operational systems required to deliver high-quality broadcast content across international production environments.
